These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.brockjohnston.com (the “Site”), operated by Brock Johnston (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site provides information about Brock Johnston's photography services and digital products, and allows visitors to contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase digital products, and access photography booking and quote requests via our external Pixieset platform.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Brock Johnston and is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Digital products

Where you purchase a digital product from us (delivered via MailPoet), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal or business purposes as described at the point of sale. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital products with third parties without our prior written consent. Due to the nature of digital products, sales are generally final and non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Photography services, quotes, and bookings

Quote requests and booking enquiries for photography services are handled through our external booking platform, Pixieset (https://brockjohnstonphotographer.mypixieset.com/). Pixieset is operated by a separate third party, and your use of it is governed by Pixieset's own terms of service and privacy policy, not these Terms. Any booking contract, deposit, cancellation, or delivery arrangement for a photography session will be confirmed separately with you (for example, via a booking agreement or invoice through Pixieset).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Brock Johnston retains copyright in all photographs taken as part of a photography session. Clients are typically granted a licence to use delivered images for personal (and, where agreed, commercial) purposes, as set out in the relevant booking agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Pixieset, which are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party website. Your use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and policies.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• submit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content through our contact form or elsewhere on the Site;
• attempt to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site using automated means; or
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site.
