On-site at your office, or at a location that works for your team. I photograph most teams of 10-15 in a single morning, larger groups across a longer session. Every person receives the same guided direction and the same standard of care.
Delivery
Fully edited images delivered within five business days via a private online gallery. Every team member receives their own set of frames to choose from. Consistent lighting and background across all portraits, no matter how many people.
Pricing
$200 session fee plus $170 per person photographed. Volume discounts for teams over 15. Everything quoted upfront, no surprises when the invoice arrives.

Common Questions
How long does a team session take?
Most teams of 10-15 people can be photographed in a single morning (three to four hours on-site). Larger teams spread across a longer session or multiple half-days. I work efficiently to keep disruption to your team's day at a minimum — most people are away from their desk for about 15 minutes.
What's the per-person cost for a team booking?
Team bookings use a session fee plus per-head model. The session fee ($200) covers travel, setup, and briefing time. The per-person rate ($170) covers each individual photographed. Volume discounts apply for teams over 15 people. Larger teams pay less per head as the session fee spreads further.
What if we need to add or replace people later?
Follow-up sessions for new hires or replacements are booked at the standard session rate with per-head pricing for the individuals needed. Matching the original session's lighting, background, and style is straightforward when I've already shot your team — the resulting images sit seamlessly alongside the originals.
Can you photograph our team across multiple offices?
Yes, either as separate sessions per location or as one coordinated project across sites. Multiple-location shoots are quoted individually since travel and logistics vary. Get in touch with your locations and team sizes and I'll come back with a plan.
